When will my order ship?

Give us 24 hours during business days to receive your order, package it up nice and pretty, and send it on its way to you. Our business week is Monday to Saturday.

How does my order ship?

Depending on what you order, your package will be shipped through one of our shipping partners: Canada Post or Fedex.

Why the different shipping costs?

Some products are hefty, and some are particular about their temperature and handling, so they might require a little extra shipping love to get them to you. Love comes at a price.

We offer free shipping in Canada on orders over $199.

What is the Store To Door shipping option?

Store to Door shipping will deliver your items to you the same day you order them! The order cut off time is 2pm, so any orders made before then will arrive at your home that afternoon, any orders after 2pm will go out the following afternoon (during business days).

Store to Door shipping is currently available to Regina including Emerald Park, White City, and Pilot Butte, and to Saskatoon.

Where does my order ship from?

Your product will shop from the store that is closest to you or the store that has stock to fulfill your order.
