Refund policy

Returns

We’re going to make this as straightforward as possible. Our return policy lasts 30 days. If its been 29 days since you made your purchase, great – if your items meet qualifications, we can offer you a refund or exchange, if its been 45 days (for example), please go back to the beginning of this paragraph.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be, unopened, unused, and in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Absolutely no returns or refunds on any pool or hot tub water care products, for health and safety purposes.

Gift cards are non-returnable and not redeemable for cash.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

Return Shipping

You have two options to return product, in-person to one of our stores, or by shipping.

If you’re returning product to our store, please bring your proof of purchase and your unopened, unused product, we can help you from there

To return your product via mail, you should mail your product to the store that it was shipped from:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
